To deal with residence matters at the authorities, you often need confirmation of accommodation. If you live in a flat we manage, we’ll gladly issue it. Here’s how to request it.

Confirmation of accommodation (sometimes “proof of secured accommodation”) shows that a foreign national has secured housing in the Czech Republic at a specific address. The authorities require it for residence permit applications and extensions.

Steps

How to request it

  1. Write to us

    Send your request to office@nemoservis.cz or via the contact form. Include the flat address, the person’s name and what you need the confirmation for.

  2. Provide the necessary details

    Have your ID and residence permit details ready. For tenants, we verify the valid lease for the address.

  3. We issue the confirmation

    We prepare the confirmation and hand it to you. If higher-level verification is needed, we’ll guide you on what the authority requires.
